Professional eyelet fitting and making service, offers an eyelets pressed in with a large eyelet press. With a heavy duty eyelet machine makes sure the eyelets are secured place and will not move or fall out when the curtains are hung. The eyeylets used are brass based, rather than steel. Steel based eyelets are thin and have a tendency to split and twist when pressed in. The advantage of brass based over the plastic ones is the plastic faux eyelets have a clip at the back of the eyelet. This clip have a tendency to fick and fall out. Eyelets offered come in nine different colours and sizes range from 20mm- 66mm depending on the size of your pole.
Choosing the right size eyelets for pole dimentions is important. The eyelets need to be able to slightly twist.

28mm pole – 40mm eyelets
30mm-35 pole -50mm
50mm pole -66mm eyelets
If you which to only have eyelets put in then I offer this service. You will need to make the curtains up to the heading stage with extra allowances as follows. Please use sewin and not fusible buckram I find the fusible mkes the dies sticky. Cs curtains and Interiors will supply the buckram suitable the heavy duty machine.
